Booked my reservation online thru the Hilton app as I am an honors member. I booked a king size bed. Got my reservation email that said king sized bed. Checked in at the hotel, went to the room and there were 2 queen beds. Went back to the front desk and told Serenity that I had a reservation for a king sized bed. She told me “we are fully booked” so unable to change rooms. I asked why the app let me book a king bed if none were available and her response was “I have no idea”. Went back to the original room and pulled up my Hilton app and it was gonna let me book a king room again. We stayed the night in the 2 queen room. Came out to leave this morning and had a flat tire. Coincidence? Not so sure. Anyway, make sure you call and verify your room choices if you use this hotel. Should have stayed with Marriott. Lesson learned.

I stay there frequently approximate three times a year due to work and I have noticed that the quality of the room is not the same but yet the prices have went up so it’s disappointing because I love the location and I love the Hilton group, but the quality of the experience was not there for me this last trip.

The main elevator wasn’t working andI they were also hosting a conference along with family reunions so the hotel was more noisy during quiet hours and people were not respecting the quiet time so the pool echo
