Overall good place to stay, especially if needing to fly out early from sky harbor. Liked the fact it’s an all suite property, staff is friendly

There is no way this is a 3 star hotel, 2 star maybe. The front desk associate was helpful & pleasant and the airport shuttle was convenient. Everything else was unacceptable. The room was filthy. There was a large amount of hair stuck to the top sheet and a pile of what appeared to be used tissues left on the chair,(blood or makeup) completely inexcusable. The bathroom had a strong, foul odor that made it uncomfortable to even use and the counter hadn’t been cleaned. We’ve stayed at many DoubleTree properties and have consistently had great experiences, which made this stay even more disappointing. This location falls far below the brand’s standards. It feels neglected and poorly managed. The surrounding area also didn’t feel safe or well-kept. While the location is convenient for travel, that’s about the only positive. Corporate needs to address cleanliness and oversight at this property. This was not just a minor issue, it reflects a larger failure in basic standards.

This hotel was so close to the airport. And they have a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport and take you back to the airport. The hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. Clean and spacious. The hotel staff/employees were courteous helpful and kind. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Well I wanted to take my breakfast to my room since I wasn’t feeling good,they said only dining.hence I just checked out early after 8 am

Close to the airport, lots of space and the pool area was lovely.

I came in through gate 5 and it felt like I was in the basement in the service area. It would be nice to brighten this area with some plants and/or pictures for the walls. It was late and I was alone, so a bit eerie.
