The location.

The first room they put us in was dirty and the bed was not made. They moved us to another room and it was also dirty. And had cockroaches, cobwebs, hair in the shower, and the lights were so dim that we couldn't see very well. We ended up packing our stuff back up and having to find another hotel, and there were none available in Clarksville, so we had to drive an hour away, to Dickson, Tennessee, to finally find a room and it took us until 3:00 in the morning to find a room and get there. We tried to get the money back but they said they would only refund partially, even though we couldn't even stay there because it was so bad.

I liked that it was close to some of the places we needed to be and not super far from our main location.

When checking in the attendant was not friendly at all. She didn't even look me in the face. When i asked if i could have a room downstairs she told me there were none available. I saw several that were empty the entire weekend. The room we had smelled so badly of smoke that i started coughing as soon as we walked in. Something in the room triggered my allergies. Not sure if it was the smoke or someone having a pet in the room. The sheets were badly stained and had cigarette burns in them. As we were leaving i noticed a bite on my wrist. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We only chose to stay because there was nothing else available where we wanted to stay.

Room smelled like smoke, bathroom floor had dust in all corners. Bed sheets were dingy !!!!
