Dirty sheets and the cleaners never came and clean d room

The property is in a good location close to food. Some staff was nice. I enjoy the whirlpool tubs. Breakfast was pretty decent besides the sign saying you can’t go back to your room, it was freezing outside and they do not heat properly in the lobby area

The property is not cleaned properly, the tub was filthy we had to clean it on our own, they need to clean the jets. Cleaning staff did the bare minimum and the towels were heavily stained. Some staff didn’t even acknowledge us even after we said hello to them first. But overall the biggest issue was cleanliness. My husband went to the desk one night and a lady was telling them she had bed bugs in her room. It made the rest of the stay very very uncomfortable since we were worried about them spreading. The microwave didn’t work which they did nothing about and the screws for our door were very loose which is dangerous they said somebody would come fix it and of course they never came, we had to push the table in front of the door at night to feel secure.
