Breakfast had lot's of choices and the location easy to reach

Most of the employees we interfaced with could care less about the quality of our experience at this old hotel. The elevator was not working. The breakfast is not fresh. The place was recently renovated but it clearly needs work. There was garbage in the parking lot.

Overall our experience was good. Just a few things that were disappointing. For example, the ice machines on each floor didn’t work. Needed soap to wash the dishes, a plug in the bathroom area didn’t work. It also would have been better to have a list of the amenities of the hotel for those less computer savvy. However, overall it was a great getaway.

It was located a few blocks from the surgery center I needed to report to at 6:45 the next morning so I didn’t have to make a long drive or get stuck in morning traffic trying to get there.

The breakfast bar was not going to open until 7:00 but we needed to leave at 6:30 to go to the hospital. Most hotels we have stayed in, open the breakfast bar at 6 or 6:30. My husband wasn’t able to get anything to eat except for a granola bar and a banana. That didn’t really hold him throughout my surgery until I could leave and we could stop somewhere on the way home.

Staff was phenomenal and helped with everything we requested.

There was an obvious recent renovation, but poorly done. The shower, toilet and sink all leaked out along their respective surfaces. There was not a room refresh, despite us staying 3 nights, and, while edible, the breakfast has greatly decreased since our last stay almost 2yrs ago. Also, we had to go down to the front desk for ice because the floor machines weren't turned on; whoever made that decision at a hotel is not smart.

Nice staff

Bed was hard. When you moved made popping sound like frame was broke.

Breakfast was decent, room was clean, large and comfortable. AC cooled well, plenty of hot water, nice soap and hair products. Dog friendly.
