Lage, Frühstück, Personal

Klimaanlage im Zimmer 1336 war defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Bei 33 Grad Aussentemperatur viel zu heiß um zu schlafen! Föhn wurde nicht warm. Duschkopf mit viel zu kleinem Wasserstrahl und unpraktikabel. Klodeckel locker und sehr verschieblich! Strassensperrungen in Versailles am 17.6.26 wurden nicht den Gästen angekündigt.

"Beautiful hotel Ok but I don’t believe I will be back and I don’t think I’d be back"

I liked the front desk staff they were friendly and the restaurant staff in the morning for breakfast

I didn’t like that the front of staff out of the hotel they did not greet me or make me feel welcome nor did I appreciate having to be watched struggling with my bags. I also think it would have been common courtesy to have let me know where my room was located but I did appreciate my bag being taken to my room and that I was able to drop it off and go about my day. As a person that knows a lot about a brand it is very important to have continuity and the front of house should be friendlier. Granted I am not a millionaire and I did arrive in a Ferrari; however I was a paying customer and you never know whether this nobody will become somebody one day and you should train your staff to treat everyone with the same level of respect as they show you.
