Awesome location in the heart of downtown and literally few steps from a Dart station for public transit. Nice, comfortable rooms, good food outletsz pretty easy stay.

You can only.access the building from the main entrance despite having doors on the four sides and streets. It was a vey busy and slow line for check-in due to Valentine's holiday (only a couple of front desk staff members trying to handle 20+ guests). The rest worked out perfectly.

When I arrived my first thought from the exterior was, what am I in for? Clearly a property with a little history. That feeling quickly went away. It sounds like the last renovation was about 10-years ago. But this property generally feels modern, on brand, and in good to very good condition. As a Titanium I received a room upgrade that was much appreciated. The room was clean, smelled good, and in general was in excellent condition with a couple anomalies. The bed was fantastic and provided a good nights sleep. Room furnishings were also comfortable and in well kept condition. The real star at this property is the Sheraton Club lounge or executive lounge. Breakfast and evening offerings were of high quality. The space is large, welcoming, and comfortable. The lounge is staffed by extremely capable and welcoming people. It’s not all roses. The front desk is hit or miss. It took me three visits to get my keys properly coded. I didn’t get housekeeping during my staff. The AI enabled IVR tried to brush off and intercept my complaint. I should have stuck with the AI IVR as the CSR that helped get me towels and other items was inept and related (probably on purpose) the wrong items. Still haven’t heard from a leader to acknowledge my concerns after specifically requesting it. I’d stay here again. But I’d mobile check in with a digital key and hope to never encounter anyone but a Sheraton Club lounge host… they are the customer service rock stars here.
