What a pleasant surprise to arrive at a Sheraton that had an exceptionally excellent lounge for elite members. The fitness center was spacious with everything you would expect at a planet fitness. Several restaurants and bars were adequate for our convention. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, especially in the lounge and in the restaurant in the Banquet facilities. The Banquet food was also top-notch. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it as a good destination for a meeting of 1500 or so.

The valet team was quick, friendly, and professional. They truly made my experience at the Sheraton that much better. Merwan especially stood out—he was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. He approached me right away to ask what I needed, retrieved my car quickly and without any hassle, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service all around. I really appreciated the efficiency and positive attitude of the team

Samantha, who I believe is the front desk manager (?), was extremely rude. There was a regular check-in line and a separate Marriott Bonvoy line, so as a Bonvoy member, I went to the Bonvoy desk. She had only one customer, looked directly at me, and told me to get in the regular line. I explained I just had a quick question and was not checking in, but her response was “PLEASE,” followed by a sigh, and she again told me to get in the other line. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of respect for your customers. It is concerning that someone in a managerial position would treat guests this way.

The hotel room was nice

The service was not good, we asked for towels and never received any. We also asked for assistance with our luggage from our room, and they never came.
