Had a great stay! Clean and comfortable

One of the rooms smelled a lot of cigarettes and it was impossible to sleep

The best were uncomfortable, tv in one room didnt work and on the same room the sink was leaking, and smelled weird, employees didnt hardly speak English

Have the room clean more often

Room service could be a lot more efficient

It was cool for a night to go to knotts the next day

There was people talking really loud late at night

I didn't like or appreciate how rude and difficult the staff was. She made it seem like doing anything was an impossible task. Checking in was a nightmare. She was incredibly rude, I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she just got increasingly frustrated with me. Not very friendly

The hotel is a great price for what you get. Pros: price, parking

Nice big rooms in clean

It needs an upgrade, looks a little outdated. New sheets, new beds.new everything
