Staying by the side door is extremely noisy. Interior door needs a softer close. Hot tub was down for the 5 days I was there. I grabbed a milk from the breakfast refrigerator and it was spoiled. Showers have no pressure and no door, so it stays cold, even if you warm it up. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was a little noisy.. Not sure if they were working on stuff at night or if it was the other customers just being noisy. Loud bangs every now and then. Overall it was nice. RJH

We stayed here under different ownership , which was not great. However, the new owners have improved this by 100%. Everything is super clean, new, updated. No more yucky carpet! Room was super clean and comfy mattress with enclosed protector, clean bedding, new bathroom that was spotless. The windows are new and secure. The pool has also been updated. It's saltwater, has towels and complimentary pool noodles, swim rings, beach balls and water wings for children. It had wide steps in but not ADA. The staff were friendly and gave us lots of fresh chocolate chip cookies. We visit SLV often and we will only be stsying here from now on.
