"Refused my booking, refused me another room said they were full, charged me anyway."

Nothing to like. Well, the desk staff were curt, so it made it a little easier to walk away.

Showed up on time with party of 3, they turned us away, said no record of our booking. 5 hours later managed a room somewhere else. However Skyway still charged my card for the room they gave to somebody else. Months now still no refund from Skyway or Booking. Have you considered a different site?

"Perfect for a long layover"

Free airport shuttles on demand

There was some noticeably old furniture and paint peeling on walls. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, there was some soap scum and grime on the floors.

"A good, value for money hotel with good links to central Seattle (30 mins on the light rail)."

3 double beds, one for each of us. A great location 5 mins walk from the light rail station and regular trains into Seattle. Free parking when we collected a hire car.
