Dire need of update.

I made a first booking and my card was charged but I got an email from booking.com saying the card used was canceled. I followed up with a second booking with just reservation and payment at the hotel. I got there and was told I didnt have a booking and the rooms where all sold out. I had no where to sleep as a result of that. I drove 2 hours around Seattle trying to get alternate accomodation.

The management was horrible. I called before I arrived in Seattle and they said the didnt have a reservation for me. I sent copies of my booking.com reservation and got there and they still wouldn't give me a room. I never stayed in the hotel.

It was dirty and felt unsafe for a solo female traveler

Check in was fine, check out was the worst. Hispanic lady at the desk refused to give me a receipt to turn in for travel reimbursement. Yelled at me and my 12yr old kid. Couldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Most things were subpar.

This was a good, cheap hotel near the Airport. The staff were helpful, the transport links to Seattle are great and there was free parking for our hire car. And 3 double beds.

airport shuttle - drivers are friendly and helpful, wish I had cash on hand to tip them; manager accommodating; i arrived at 5am the "night" of my reservation and I was able to still have my room after calling the night before; location was close to public transit though i ended up using rideshare; TV cable was nice to have

one staff member, younger one had an interesting tone...but the manager and another woman I had connected with via phone and in-person were friendly and the shuttle drivers also friendly; it's a pretty standard motel type location so don't expect anything fancy but for one night and morning, I was pleased
