Pukaki Air Lodge

Room was large, well appointed and very comfortable. We were out at the national park during the day so missed the air traffic but it didn’t seem intrusive anyway. We both enjoyed the breakfast.

You need to drive to town but it’s not far.

Very quiet room with eastern outlook that provides a beautiful morning sunrise view. The “kiwi” continental breakfast was pleasantly substantial.

The location is perfect. It’s quiet and close to places we want to go. The room is spacious and senior friendly.

The breakfast needs to improve of choices.

The rooms were so spacious and modern. The place had a great view, great shared spaces, and great shower. Mary and her husband were amazing hosts. We unfortunately had overcast weather during our stay, but it for sure would have been an amazing place for stargazing. The free continental breakfast was a great plus.

Clean modern rooms, friendly host with a well equipped communal kitchen for breakfast. Our preferred accommodation in Twizel.

What a great find! Very pleased with simply everything! Quiet, clean, comfortable. And Mary was a phenomenal hostess!

The wifi was extremely weak and despite being connected, it never actually worked for me.
