"You get what you pay for. Better to pay a bit more and stay IN San Francisco"

This could be the cheapest hotel for those looking to spend several days in Sam Francisco without spending much money.

The staff is careless and they constantly oversell their rooms. We got the very last room available the first night and we barely made it because they were about to give our room to another party. That very last room had a strong smell of cigarettes and had what appeared to be a ceiling with water damage and a leak. When we requested to be moved to another room, they told us to come back later, which we did, only to find out that they were sold out again and did not have another room to change us to.

"To sum it up, I would stay there again. I would ask about the internet connection."

"The comapny needs to be more fourth coming on thier practices to weed out people"

beds are comfy I had a room with a balcony although the other lights near me were flashing on the balcony's and it was annoying . Stay here quite often about 1 time a month

the ice machine being far from our room and when I did use it the hopper was empty. also the staff told me the back doors werent working so only thru the front not the closest to our room . and when I had to use it in the morning to exit thru the side door that states it doesnt work . I used my key card to see if I could re enter and oh my it worked. I believe this is in a attempt to make sure they see who walks thru the door becuase of rift raft . I get it but come on IM in my work clothes that has MY company name on it. oh ya in the middle of the night saw a homeless man rooting thru a car they walk to the street and look thru garbage, So just make sure your cars are locked.
