"Rip off"

I used hotel booking. Com they completly overcharged me for the room misinformed me anout the parking fee and the front desk did nothing to correct.it. the shuttle buss driver did not load the laugage traveling with 3 young children and my wife he had an operation on his arm. The booking company is to blame for the rip off in one night stay and price. However they should not be affiliated with 3rd party over third party all a rip off and un clear. Poor customer service overall. Pool and hottube it does not have a hot tub and pool pictures were misleading its small all from the hotel reservations booking company seen on their computer as expedia. Not fair and misleading plus ripped me off in price and complaints Will not stay again. The restaurant food was okay

The hotel is often competitively priced. Close to the airport with complementary shuttle without being too noisy. Parking is free and the property includes breakfast for upper tiers of Bonvoy which was a great perk. Rooms are modern and in good repair.
