Very clean. The (single seater sofa) chair inside the room need some shampooing to clean the arms. Otherwise, it's very clean from lobby to the washroom.

A solid hotel with easy access to the airport. The shuttle experience was well organized and I was early for my flight. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I need one night hotel near the airport. Among all the Marriott properties, this one was the cheapest, so I went for it. I honestly don't know why this property has over 4+ reviews on TripAdvisor or the Marriott website. As I drove in, the first thing I noticed is that it's located next to a gas station. In fact, it's surrounded on two sides by a gas station - one side for regular vehicles, and the back side for commercial long-haul trucks. I guess in itself, there's nothing wrong with this, but every time I have stayed at a hotel next a gas station, the quality level has always been low. As we entered the lobby, it looked like a typical Four Points - very traditional looking hotel. Check-in was fairly standard with ID/card checks and handing over the keys. As I walked down the halls, I noticed a leak in the ceiling and the hallways had noticeable amount of garbage (like candy wrappers). The room follow same decor/pattern as other Four Points, but way worse condition than most. The carpet was noticeably dirty (brown), bathroom fixtures and tiles were damaged, cracked or had water damage. Bathtub was visibly dirty, so I decided not to use it. Some towels had remnants of something brown on them. Bed skirts also had dirt marks. TV console still used fluorescent tubes for lighting, which I haven't seen in ages. The plug port was not properly secured to the back, so it fell out when I plugged in my power adapter. I noticed the room door across he hallway had a huge chip at the bottom. This is probably the worst condition room and hotel I've ever been in for over 10 years. There was some odd noise issue at night that I could pinpoint - like there was something irregularly tapping metal sheeting outside. The only bright side was the bed was very comfortable. Due to it's location, there's isn't anything nearby, other than a handful of restaurants. Thankfully I ate a big lunch, so didn't eat to anything that night. I had to check out early the next morning for my flight. Most front desk staff ask about the stay during the check out process. This is the rare case they didn't. I can see why this was the cheapest airport hotel. Next time, I would've paid more to have hotel room that didn't feel so dirty.

The fans in the elevators were about as loud as a jet engine before takeoff. In order to use the free WiFi you have to sign up as a Marriot Bonvoy member.
