Conveniently located near the airport. Clean, modern facility with large bedrooms for a nice price point. Nice restaurant with local beers on tap. Good variety of restaurants within walking distance.

I will preface this by saying I usually avoid Four Points properties as they have issues with service and lack of modern rooms and properties. This one however, is a breath of fresh air. The front desk manager was eager to assist with using my gift card, helping me organize the shuttle and was just overall super friendly. I was upgraded to a Deluxe Room which was actually a suite with 3 separate areas with a full size couch and 2 single couches, a stovetop, microwave and fridge. The rooms are modern, comfortable and just overall on par with a flagship Marriott or Sheraton property. The shuttle was comfortable and on-time. The MiWay 5 bus is nearby to take you to the TTC and other destinations. Tim Horton's & restaurant steps away! I'd definitely recommend!

Great location, close to 401 and airport made getting to my meetings very convenient. The parking is a little dicey but once you get the hang of it, all good, lol. The public spaces were bright, modern and fairly clean. The experience at the front desk when checking in or asking questions was top notch. Regine (I hope I remembered that right) was very efficient, friendly and helpful 10/10! My room was old and dated but the bed was comfortable as were pillows. I loved that I had a complimentary bottle of water on arrival and every day when I came back from my work day. I loved that I had a microwave and a mini fridge AND the hotel had a lobby bar and restaurant, breakfast and complimentary coffee each morning! The wait staff in the restaurant were so kind, friendly and helpful. My bathroom was updated and clean and main toiletries were complimentary in shower. I loved watching the planes take off and land from my window (truck traffic was a bit noisy as it is in a bit of an industrial area) but overall, slept well. The hotel could use some updates in the halls and rooms (water damage in the hallway ceiling, furniture old and damaged, etc...but the staff more than made up for any lack of fancy furniture. It exceeded my expectations when I arrived and would recommend again for business travel. Wouldn't recommend for family vacation as the pool was TINY, the parking lot was a bit treacherous (tiny sidewalk, difficulty getting in and out) and very little to do around the hotel for families. Overall, 9/10

Krish is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He always makes sure drinks are refilled, food is enjoyed, and that everything is perfect throughout the visit. His great attitude and excellent service really stand out and make every experience at the bar more enjoyable. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend stopping by to see Krish at the bar on the weekends—you won’t be disappointed!

Clean, convenient hotel. Good shower pressure

Location was good for our event, very clean hotel. Rooms were good size for a good nights rest, beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet but could here some of the road traffic, but didn't interrupt sleep.
