The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. He came up to the room personally to adjust the air conditioner. The beds were comfortable

the stairs and pathways to the rooms needed to be vacuumed. There were some shady characters standing and making noise near the stairway. Seemed as though they were living at the hotel. The cost was high for a hotel tht is older and a bit tired. Could use a paint job

that motel should be closed down for good. It is in a very dangerous area. I witnessed drug trafficking around the corner from our room. the place was depressing. I had booked two rooms. My nephew did not stay one night due to the conditions. The manager/owner refused to give me my payment back. We stayed one night and then found another room the next day. the website sounds nice; right on the river, etc. but when I got there I was shocked and the dingy motel. You should not be taking reservations from people. We flew from California and expected a nice room on the river. what a horrible disappointment

Room was old and smelled. The toilet was loud after it was flushed and there was no cold water. Sketchy area.
