Loved everything best hotel me and my partner have stopped at for sure, staff were welcoming, room was brilliant, bed was comfy, shower was decent best nights sleep we've had in ages will definitely be returning definitely a 5☆

Great location!! Easy access to the town and concerts.

Would love to see a cafe that serves Starbucks coffee.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was so spacious and comfortable, the pool area was a lovely facility with really friendly, helpful staff and the hotel restaurant served good, fresh food. We'd be very happy to stay again.

Paying for parking. You pretty much have to drive to get here, felt like a bit of a swizz.

The beds were very comfy and a good size. The food we had was very good too. We particularly liked the spaciousness of the dining and bar area and the reception area.

Signage back to reception could have been better. We were on the third floor and finding our way back down to reception using the stairs could have been clearer - a couple of more signs with an arrow would be great.

It was not far from the motorway, was 2.8 miles from the Arena which we walked. The hotel was nicely decorated and the room was spacious, clean and aired, the bed was comfortable, loved the shower. We would stay again

Wished we were reminded that we had breakfast booked when checking in but that really didn't stop us from enjoying our stay ad we would stay there again
