The breakfast location is good, on the ground floor easily accessible

Provide coffee or tea pots so one doesn't have to keep going to automat machine.

Friendly welcoming and very helpful staff

Location and reception/bar area is nice. Mostly downhill from there though...

* I checked in late at around 10:00pm and booked a room on the understanding from my confirmation email and that room service was available 24 hours a day. I was informed upon checking in that the kitchen was closed and only cold sandwiches were available. The room service menu on the TV said hot food was available too... * The self-service shop is extortionate. * The bathroom smelled of damp (no extractor fan or window) * The duvet cover was as thin as a sheet of paper and the bed was also lumpy.

Bathroom tap leaked and toilet flush needs attention

Reception staff especially Dora were super helpful, great taxi recommendation, booked me a great room so I could check in earlier as my room wasn’t ready great facilities & location.
