Breakfast was good

Rooms were very warm, no AC facility

Room lacked brightness and you could put a nice picture on wall in room

Location was good excellent bar and restaurant reception area was welcoming.

I had disabled access room which I booked by mistake but was not a problem.lovely bedroom and very large bed everything I needed.The bathroom by my standards was not good very dusty especially chrome fittings and floor and a smelly shower curtain overall the bathroom didn't seem very fresh which is very important. No shelves in bathroom to put anything on which is important for disabled room. I would definitely stay again but not in that room.Overall very nice hotel just a bit disappointed in bathroom.All the staff were most helpful and welcoming yours Shirley mitchell

We were greeted by Beverley, who was very friendly and helpful. She gave us an upgrade of room which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious with a good TV and air con. The bathroom was a good size and both rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice, a good selection of food was available on our first morning.

On Sunday and Monday mornings they ran out of lots of the food, such as pastries and cooked eggs. My husband wanted crumpets but they were all gone and no more appeared. Milk ran out for cereal and coffees too. Having to drive all the way around the hotel was a bit of a drag. I appreciate that this may reduce traffic but it's a long way round and tedious.
