Great location, great size for a family, kitchen has everything needed to cook. Lots of space. Washing machine is a bonus.

Not enough bath towels. Only one per person. Washing machine but no dryer… impossible to dry towels. With just one that has to be used every day. Two towels per person minimum would have been helpful so you have one towel to use while the other is drying. We basically had one wet towel per person for 4 days. Bed pillows were terrible. They felt almost inflatable. When you rest your head the pillow “blows up” on each side of your head.

Have to carry everything up the stairs..

Fabulous location, very clean and quirky. Great terrace for a sunny afternoon. Excellent café just a few steps up the road.

Too many stairs up to the property for an older person. Noisy at night.

Location. Nice size rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of light. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of seating in the living room.

Requested early check in ; did not work out though it would have been easy and helpful For a family that has traveled for a whole day . So many Flights of stairs to the unit/ no elevator difficult for seniors with luggages. . Kitchen utensils basic quality. Washer, but no dryer.

Light and spacious. Lots of cutlery and cups etc available. Nicely designed. Any issue you had they put you into a group chat and they handle it through that. The location is superb, so close to the centre!

One of the bedrooms has such a low ceiling. The water in the shower in the upstairs bathroom never drained until you switched it off and got out.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The living area was nice and open for the 5 adults staying there. The beds were comfortable although we did ask for additional blankets as the first night was cold. The staff was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. Being in the Center it was close to everything.

Our biggest complaint was the noise level from the street. On the photos you will notice a large circular dome - we called this the sound amplifier from hell. I am not sure why the owners don’t sound proof this or close it off as the sounds from the street and surrounding units just amplified in here. Between 2-4 a.m. groups of people would go singing /chanting down the street. It sounded like they were in our front room. Also anyone with mobility issues should be aware that it is on the third floor and there are a lot of stairs to go up.

The location was excellent, we were met at the door by Laura who very kindly showed us around the apartment and then showed us some great things to do around Porto. There was also a welcome pack which was very useful. We were given access to a whatsapp group which was really handy...we had a small issue and once we contacted the team the issue was rectified straight away. A great apartment in a fab location.

There was a slight lack of crockery for 6 people.it would have been handy if the cushions for the outside terrace were kept indoors so the outside could be used when dry.
