Lancemore Crossley St Melbourne

We stay here every time we come to Melbourne and wouldn't think of going anywhere else now. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk off the main tram route, with plenty of places to eat (being at the top of Chinatown) and within walking distance to the MCG and tennis centre at Melbourne Park. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are well set up with comfortable beds. We splashed out this time and went for a slightly larger room than normal and we weren't disappointed.

There is minimal storage for clothes if you are staying more than a night or two. The ironing board takes up most of one of the only drawers. Especially in the larger rooms like we had this time, it would be good to have some sort of separate storage for the ironing board, so you could use the drawers for your clothes.

Stayed here twice now and will keep staying when visiting from interstate. Absolutely love the this boutique hotel. Central location to fabulous restaurants, galleries, MCG and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the bar. Complimentary happy hour (5-6pm) is a VERY pleasant bonus of staying here! And it is very, very reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel.

Nice location in the CBD. Easy to walk everywhere, very close to a train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a daily happy hour in the lobby. Nice shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom! Would stay here again if visiting Melbourne.

Great location, especially if your heading to see a show, go shopping or eat out.

Terribly noisy over a Saturday night if your a light sleeper.
