To many Pubs around the area, all night people screaming, bottles or glass broken. Untamed area. We were on level 3, still pretty loud.

The included breakfast was empty when we arrived well before the end of service and when ordering a hit breakfast it wasn’t what we had ordered.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Staff particularly polite and responsive when any query or problem was raised. They seem to be well trained and or well chosen staff who are naturally polite and helpful.

I was pleased to find a small space for exercise, but the weight machines were too complicated. Why invest in all that hardware : a few simple weights, resistance bands would do the job.

Fantastic location, right in the Laneways, and close to the wonderful cafes and wine bars the Melbourne CBD has to offer. Large room with a very comfy Super King Bed! Staff were friendly and assist us with all our queries. Can't recommend highly enough, we will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne
