The mattress and the staff

The carpet in the hall way had multiple stains. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. Stains on wall paper in our room. Furniture was old and scuffed. No seating in the large lobby! Three day stay and no housekeeping the first two days!

Good location downtown. I appreciated the shuttle back-and-forth to the airport.

there is no air conditioning in the rooms. They do have a air conditioning contraption on the wall, but it doesn’t work. They put in portable air conditioners, but for them to work you have to open up the window and put the exhaust tube out of the window, which allows mosquitoes to get in. The unit that we had in one room wasn’t functional until we played with her a bit and finally got the exhaust hose connected to the unit. Are the room didn’t have a unit so it was just hot and the fan in the room didn’t work.

The place is quite shabby. It advertised a free breakfast but there was no breakfast

location is awful, we did not feel safe. the moment you walk in you are met with homeless folks ag the entrance and about 20 more in the lobby, the hallway to the room was really gross, and the room itself was disgusting. The parking was on the street where you could find it, which was not ideal. we stayed one night, canceled the rest and moved to the explorer hotel 4 blocks away.
