Location is very good

Room size, cleanliness, decoration. There are no seating/sofas/table in the lobby even though there are plenty of spaces available! First room allocated (room/bed size is too small) got no hot water and temperature control not working making the room steaming hot! Hair dryer and the air cooler operate too loudly with the former reaching 100db!
