Quality Inn & Suites Yellowknife

Close to supermarket easy walk to Food outlets. Breakfast simple but good. Staff friendly. Shuttle service convenient. The rooms were clean and good value for money. The mall area was pretty much closed and there were a number homeless people about who were under the influence. They didn’t bother us but I didn’t feel safe going out of the hotel on my own as a female. The hotel itself felt safe.

The hotel said free parking lot but it was street parking. Hotel phone wasnt working. Door was noisy, cant adjust room temp, furniture was old and broken. However, staff was kind and nice. Good thing was easy to access downtown.

Clean rooms, staff was very professional and helpful. Tim’s was close for breakfast.

Great location for the winter months

Beds are comfortable.

Very Hot in the room, not so clean carpet. Small room, bedding sheets too loose and comes off the mattress. Very small refrigerator. Mold in the bathroom. Closet in the bathroom. Small trash cans. Homeless people asking for money all the time or following you.

Stay was okay

The security guard was rude and very unprofessional. Wouldnt check with the older male at the front desk who was outside smoking to let my spouse in (put his name on the list) Said I was with the boarding home when I wasnt. Wouldnt call the manager when I asked. He made the situation worst then it should have.

Location good, pity about all street people!

People are smoking weed at entrance, very noisy during mid of the night. People are shouting outside.
