Baymont by Wyndham Richmond I-70

Best greeting from Debra on arrival, she is a fireball and made us feel right at home. Check in and welcome info were easy easy. The room was fairly clean but non carpet makes every piece of grit palpable. LOVED Richard at breakfast making eggs and bacon to order! And perfectly cooked along with the full breakfast of scrambled egg, sausage, hash browns and sausage gravy...holy moly. Good value for your money!!

Very comfortable and afforable

The front desk clerk was on the phone (personal call on his cell phone) when he checked us out but he did take the time to explain detours and book us another night so he did his job.

The breakfast staff member was extremely friendly and cooked your eggs to order.

All coffee pots ran out, but it was understandable with the breakfast rush and only one employee to handle it all.

Debbie at the front desk was great! We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The entire unit was promptly replaced and the room cooled within minutes. Entire staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.

We only stayed 1 night during our road trip through the Midwest and Deb set the tone at check in with her friendly and warm disposition. Richard who manages the breakfast has been working there more than 20 years. He is the poster child for customer service. He greets each guest, interacts with everyone and keeps the serving area well stocked and fulfills special requests from his kitchen. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom looked recently renovated with a walk in shower, new floor and vanity top. There is some updating going on as they complete painting the hallway.
