The room itself was good, recently decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The cable TV did not work, luckily I had my laptop with me and I was able to watch what I wanted over the wifi, which was also good. The staff was super friendly and the overall cleanliness of the facility was excellent.

The building itself is old and dated. The cable tv didn't work. The kitchen was a disaster; nowhere near enough food was ready. There was a full pot of sausage gravy and no biscuits, and there was no plan to make more. They ran out of waffle batter. They were out of eggs and sausage/bacon. This was at about 8am, which seems rather unfortunate for travelers looking to actually eat breakfast before they head out for the day. Perhaps other ate well, I certainly did not and ended up spending more money elsewhere to eat.

It is a great hotel. She front desk attendant, Debbie is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She also made sure everyone who came in was greeted and she was just amazing at her job. The house keepers are also very friendly.
