You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest will be responsible for an incidental charge on a major credit card upon when checking in (amount range from $250-$400). No pets are allowed.

I thought this was a decent stay overall. Complimentary water for guests is appreciated and a nice touch. Close to everything you are probably in the are for.

"One of The BEST!"

This stop is a real winner! The staff treat you like valued family, the beds are a dream. Did I mention the breakfast buffet that is equal to many restaurants - all in the price of the room! We stayed here after an event in Saginaw, it is easy to reach either from the freeway or surface streets. Plenty of towels, fridge/microwave/TV all worked well. nice & clean, who could ask for more?

The only issue I had was a very large stain near the bed, we noticed when stepping on it. Very disgusting. We brought it up at checkout and the gentleman smiles and said we know its there it won't come up its a burn. Looks like someone vomited .Offered 50% off room which We have not seen.

The hotel was extremely busy with little league tournaments and fishing contest. We were in town for a funeral and had a hotel mix up and were scrambling for last minute rooms. I booked online and when we arrived the tbe front desk staff was awesome, Zuleika answered all questions and always had a smile, I’m not sure of the lady’s name she was training, but she was well on her way to being a some hostess. My family had a 2 day stay and considering the circumstances on why we were there, our hotel experience was top notice quiet stay, good bfast, and awesome staff….THANKS
