"Good"

The room was very clean. There was a strong garlic/curry order when I first got in the room. I febreezed it out. I also smelled it in the hall the next day. Kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors (including mine) was disappointing. This was not the fault of the hotel. The stay was good. Breakfast was also good.

"Walked into the wrong room. "

Well it started out not so great. The front desk staff person gave us keys to the wrong room. The horror to myself and husband as well as to the resident of the room as we began to enter. It was shocking. All I saw were legs on a bed and heard snoring. The poor man was sleeping and we were walking in on him. So sorry. How can one make a mistake like that? Don’t they record who comes in and what room one is in? Other than that the stay was great.

"Getaway"

The staff was friendly, our room was freshen up daily, any concerns were handled immediately. Its always a nice stay when we travel to this location, the price was reasonable and our room was very spacious

I really don't have any negative thoughts on our stay. Wish the darkening curtains would over lap more when closed at night.

Comfy beds.

We got the wrong room off the bat. Then we had someone randomly walk into our room at about 8:30. 4gw front desk does not know what rooms they are booking. To top it off, they must have canceled our room keys after the incident. Neither of the room keys worked in the morning.

"No security and wild guests"

A group of people partying loudly in hotel hallway at 3-5am, then arguing and fighting until 6pm. Glad I was alone and not with family this stay.

I regret not packing my swimsuit. I forgot they had a pool.
