You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guest must be 21 of age with a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guest will be responsible for an incidental charge on a major credit card upon when checking in (amount range from $250-$400). No pets are allowed.

"My overall experience in a town where I had never stayed was very good."

The front desk staff was very polite and extremely helpful. They left the breakfast area open for a little longer because we were late getting to breakfast.

Did not use service

We will never use booking.com again and will advise friends and family of same. We drove to hotel to confirm reservation after getting run around from your site and associated numbersn. We received to charges from booking.com on our credit card for dates we did not book. The one for the lesser amount has been resolved. The second amount has not and we have plans to continue to pursue.
