Twinpalms MontAzure Phuket

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Auch die Zimmer was sehr schön und extrem sauber. Leider lag unser Zimmer sehr nahe an der Strasse. Der Lärm war zu laut. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Es gab viele Früchte und warme Gerichte konnte man aussuchen. Am Pool hat es keine Sonnenschirme. Nur Palmen welche nicht immer Schatten spendeten. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

We LOVED our stay at TwinPalms MontAzure. We were warmly welcomed at check in and shown to our room by a staff member. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. The breakfast was lovely and the pools and beach access was just what we were hoping for. It was easy to take a TukTuk or a Grab into Kamala or Patong for more restaurant options. We will absolutely return to this property again one day!

We absolutely love Twinpalms. This is our 5th year visiting and it just never disappoints. This year we had a newborn in tow and May and her team went above and beyond for us. Each room or should I say apartment has a kitchen and living space as well as huge bedroom with gloriously comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best sleeps and my kids slept better here than they do at home! The general maintenance and constant gardening and cleaning of the resort is impressive. The grounds are kept beautifully! Hourly free shuttles to Catch and Lazy coconut is brilliant. We love shimmer for our breakfasts and dinners, even though the menu is slightly limited, the quality is very good. We can't wait to come back soon, it feels like our home away from home now.

We really enjoyed to stay in Twinpalms, room was big, fresh and clean, with a modern decorations. Service and hospitality were excellent. Location,pool and beach absolutely loved.

Didn’t like breakfast. Do not expect much from it. Very poor selection repeated everyday. Bit disappointed.

Fantastic experience ! Hotel is just the top boutique hotel we were looking for, the staff were just great and friendly … the beach and the atmosphere are amazing. Kamala beach also very nice. We enjoyed it a lot and definitely will return … we loved everything !

Bad housekeeping, communication issues due to language problems , power cuts - no power back ups , bookings go awry cause they do not understand . Limited breakfast , less staff , poor admin , coconut water shortage. Bad experiences everyday . Try other hotels closeby as location is good . Thai people are nice but inefficient and not well trained staff

Completely ruined our honeymoon.

My husband and I booked this hotel for six nights for our honeymoon. We only stayed for one night as when we woke up in the morning, there was a huge cockroach in bed with us. When we opened the door and tried to leave, there was a lizard right outside our room door. I have a severe fear for insects, and have never expected what we experienced would happen at a 5-star hotel. We rearranged our whole honeymoon and booked a flight to Bangkok immediately, and had to book another five nights stay at a Bangkok hotel. We have informed the hotel about this issue on the day we left (15th Dec) and contacted Booking.com for further assistance too. So far, we haven’t received ANY FORM of apology from the hotel, not to mention any refund. The stay at this hotel completely ruined our honeymoon, which also incurs an approximately £2000 extra cost. Disastrous experience, would advise anyone to avoid.

Very modern, spacious room. Giant double doors to bathroom that were a bit odd, but whatever. No dresser, just a wardrobe of sorts in the bathroom. Two balconies overlooking secondary pool (rarely anyone there, very quiet). Limited seating at main pool, but we never were without a lounger. No loungers at all on the lovely beach. Minimal dining options, breakfast buffet was continental only, with the ability to order an entre' included. Great location, easily walkable (and affordable) food and beverage options along the beach. Gracious staff.
