Twinpalms MontAzure Phuket

We had a wonderful stay at Twinpalms MontAzure. The staff were amazing and so considerate. Only one restaurant on the property but the food and service were fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!

Having to book last minute I was optimistic about the hotel given the positive reviews..however I didn’t feel like the hype lived up to expectations….. The hotel - the hotel and its ground are beautifully designed and the hotel makes huge amounts of efforts to keep the development clean and well manicured The room - we booked a private pool suite. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for my ten year old to sleep on but better than the wooden bench and pad we have had in other hotels the bedding as other guests mentioned is lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. Our room came with a fully fitted kitchen which we never used. Food and beverages. This is where I felt the hotel really disappointed. The breakfast is really limited and after four days we were looking forward to moving to another hotel to get something different. The juices aren’t fresh, they don’t offer any dairy free milks, it can well be described as boring and definitely not in line with other Phuket hotels at the same price point. We ate dinner at shimmer (same place as breakfast) and again very limited. There no happy hour for sunset. Beach and pool- these were beautiful but there were only six sun-beds with shade and of course all these are snapped up at sunrise by people holding them with their towels and bags. Not great when you need to escape the sun. The beach is lovely but there is no sport centre so swimming is the only option…. as per the other guest comment there is a problem with mostly sunbeds and sun shades…. I have stayed in other hotels at this price point in Phuket. I would suggest there are others that offer a better customer service, variety and better star service…. I was not sad to leave look at alternatives for better value for money

2nd stay at TwinPalms Montazure and it was absolutely amazing. The staff and service was impeccable as useful. The hotel and amenities are well equipped to accommodate your needs but is convenient located on Kamala Beach and walking distance from Cafe Del Mar. I big thanks to the staff for my birthday cake which was a big surprise. Will definitely be back again

The bedding is superb! Wish I could get a set! The service is second to none. The lunch food at shimmer is amazing. The dinner at Kalido was outstanding The scent in the room was perfect. People so friendly! The location is perfect to other beaches and great massage and view stunning

There was a persistent mold problem in the rooms, and even after changing several rooms, the situation did not improve. In the restaurant, there was a rude waiter who didn’t know how to behave with customers, and we had to put him in his place, but the unpleasant feeling remained. Moreover, we experienced food poisoning, which happened for the first time in Thailand. There are not enough sunbeds by the pool, and they are always occupied.

Very good and delicious breakfast. Room is big and comfortable.
