"Luxurious Stay with Great Staff"

Staying at Twinpalms Montazure was a relaxing and luxurious experience. From the moment we arrived at check-in, they greeted us with champagne and flower corsages. Everything was catered to our preferences from the pillow firmness, room scent, to the floral decorations. Our residence host, Phalini, in particular made our stay very comfortable. From arranging our car rental (dropped off and picked up from the hotel) to packing to-go breakfast boxes when we had early morning excursions, she went above and beyond our expectations. We hope to visit Phuket and stay here again.

"Fantastic location right on Kamala beach"

Great spot at the end of Kamala beach- good room lay out and all the facilities to make it a comfortable stay- plenty of space and generally a fantastic spot to settle in for a few days

Just one restaurant option in the hotel itself which was fine in itself as plenty of options down the beach.

"Superb facilities, room, and staff"

We loved our stay here. Up until we got our laundry back. Our room was spacious and well designed. The bed was comfy and the extra square footage was great to have. The breakfast at Shimmer was tasty, with lots of choices provided. The gym was well stocked and had plenty of towels. The pool we enjoyed was away from the beach. Any needs or questions were handled by the staff. Each person was professional and courteous. But, we had a major issue that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. They arranged for our laundry to be sent out. It was 140 baht per kilo but we decided to pay the added cost to have the hotel handle it instead of booking a service on our own. The place they chose lost two items (tshirt and pair of socks) and ruined two shirts. They added stains to two of my wife’s shirts! This was not a case of them not getting a stain out. They added the stains!! We did let the hotel know but there wasn’t much they could do. So our tip to you is not go with the outside laundry that the hotel had been using. Other than laundry, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
