Great location. Very neat, clean and spacious. Restaurant within the hotel is awesome, we enjoyed food during our stay.

Beds are not so comfortable, felt them are over foamy causing back pain and neck discomfort.

Staff were courteous and polite. They pay immediate attention to our requirements.

1. There is a lot of confusion between the Hotel's website description and booking.com description with regard to the title of the room. Example: Hotel website says Deluxe and Premium. Booking.com says standard and deluxe. But the rate for both the rooms are one and the same. 2. We had booked a deluxe room (as per booking.com) and premium (as per the Hotel website). The rate was 3500+175 (tax). The room was quite big with a king size cot. When we went there to check in the Manager at the reception confused us and showed us a room (standard as per booking.com and deluxe as per Hotel website) which cost only 2800+140 (tax). My wife clearly explained to the Manager that she did not book the standard room as the room was bigger in both the websites. The Manager tried to confuse us with the title of the room. He also stated that the rate keeps shifting on a daily basis which we have never heard in our hotel booking experience. After continued argument, he finally gave us the Premium room on the 4th floor. 3. As there was no ventilation or exhaust fan in the toilet, upon minimal usage, the toilet started stinking while the water did not dry up easily. Morever, the floor tilesin the toilet were slippery. 4. Bad practice by the Manager in trying to give us a small room while charging for a bigger room. This should be avoided at all costs.

The location was perfect, close to temple and other annuities.

Room service can be hit and miss, restaurant needs more staff.

I had booked a quadruple room, but since the room was not available at the time of my arrival, I was given two rooms at the same cost. It really impressed me. The rooms were clean, and the hotel had a spacious car parking facility.

The food served at the restaurant on the ground floor could be better.
