The location and the room were great. We could put our bags for the day and trust the hotel for safety

A bit more of cleaning in the shower would have been great .

Location was very close to the marriage hall where our family function was being held. The rooms were clean and amenities provided were adequate (tea/coffee in room, water bottles, etc.). Staff was very polite and my lack of knowledge of Tamil was never a hindrance as the staff were fluent in English and were able to communicate effectively.

Rates could have been better. I felt that while we did get our money's worth, the differentiation between deluxe and superior rooms was not very evident.
