Buena ubicación, rico desayuno, personal muy amable.

Perfect location, bike rental was just around the corner and we could easily cycle everywhere on the island within 15 mins! Breakfast was included I had scrambled eggs and they were delicious! We were also able to do laundry and they had this washed and dried by the next morning for an affordable price :) staff were very friendly and welcoming

Un’oasi di pace con camere comodissime e spaziose. Staff super gentile. Colazione eccellente. Posizione davvero comoda per essere nel cuore dell’isola. 400 metri dal porto, 150 metri dalla spiaggia. 200 metri dalla via di locali e ristoranti. Davvero un’ottima esperienza

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I’m writing to formally request a full refund for my current stay at Hideaway Gili Trawangan Upon arrival on 30.12.25, I was shocked to discover that the actual condition of the room and property is drastically different from the photos and description presented on your platform. The room is extremely dirty, with visible cracks in the walls, stains, poor maintenance, and an overall feeling of uncleanliness that makes it feel unhygienic and unpleasant – far below any acceptable standard, especially for the high price paid 1,800,000 for 2 nights. I have attached several photos taken today that clearly show the real state of the room (cracked and dirty walls, poor finishing, etc.). These conditions were in no way reflected in the listing photos, which appear to be heavily outdated or misleading. Given that the accommodation does not match the description and photos on which I based my booking decision, and considering the significant price paid expecting a clean and well-maintained room to celebrate New Year, I believe I have been misled and am entitled to a full refund. I kindly ask Booking to intervene and assist me in obtaining a full refund as soon as possible. I am still checked in but do not feel comfortable staying here under these conditions. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Goede locatie, intiem en gezellig verblijf, goede bedden. .

De bedden hadden geen klamboe maar er waren erg veel muggen. Erg lief: de eigenaar voorzag ons van een klamboe die we provisorisch hebben kunnen ophangen!
