Gili Hideaway

We left behind some of our property by mistake when vacating the homestay (phone and bank cards in a small bag). When contacting the property to ask if they had located it and to arrange return, they said they could not find a booking with our name despite all of our details being provided within booking.com where we were messaging. Once I provided these details to them and followed up, they have not responded to me. Poor service - be cautious with your belongings if staying here

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, would recommend this place to any kind of traveler. The staff was amazing and made us feel at home. They were so incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were so delicious too just to top it all off!
