Location Clean and bright Very comfortable

We stayed for 5 nights in this spacious apartment which is centrally located and only a short walk to the Old Town - and all that it has to offer - and the beaches. The fresh food market was only 2 minutes away and had an excellent array of options -independent retailers as well as an amazing supermarket. The apartment was really clean and well equipped. It is great for anyone wanting to self-cater for convenience and/or to save some money. It is also close to the nearby fishing villages which are great for day trips and Bilbao to see the Guggenheim. The off-site parking is very secure and easy to manage. Idoia kept in contact prior to our arrival and met us to handover the keys and explain everything.

Nothing - everything was great!

The host, Idoia, was wonderful and met us at the car park that is part of the accommodation. The apartment is wonderful, modern and clean. The location is perfect. Quiet and on a main shopping pedestrian-only street.

The location was excellent. We arrived in the weekend so the host was able to meet us at the garage and shows us how to park the car (impressive system) and then took us to the apartment and explained a few things to us. We shared the unit with another couple and it was very comfortable for the four of us. Great to have a washing machine. There was a huge bowl of fruit and biscuits and plenty of coffee and tea provided. If you’re staying in San Sebastián and need more than one room book this place , you won’t be disappointed.

There were plastic backed mattress protectors on the bed that made you so hot a night - be great to change them for cotton ones.

The property is lovely. Really well located and incredibly comfortable for our family of 4, but you could have comfortably had 6 people there. You are just a couple of minutes walk from the beach (beach towels being provided was a brilliant extra) and 10 minutes walk from the old town. There is a shop more or less opposite. The welcome pack and fruit and tote bag were all lovely additional touches.

The property really was great. The only thing to be aware of is that not many of the old properties in San Sébastien have air conditioning so if the weather gets very hot it can get warm at night. But there are two fans you can use.

The accommodation was spotless and very centrally located. The host was responsive, and collecting the keys was very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and included some fresh fruit and tea on arrival, and towels for both showers and the beach.

There was no air conditioning, which was not too problematic as most nights were cool, but could be an issue if the temperature rose.

Great central location with parking. Close to beaches and city centre. Close to good shopping and supermarket. Lots of pintxos close by.

Tricky to negotiate the one way system with car. No bread knife.

Beautiful spacious apartment in an ideal location, close to the beach, old town and Gros. The free parking nearby is also very handy.

The apartment can get quite warm. It was fine for us at this time of year but it would be pretty uncomfortable in the summer. it’s also pretty noisy in the morning so expect an early start!
