ARYA Cagliari

Camera molto carina e confortevole, pulita e dotata anche di un piccolo terrazzino. La posizione è ottima: noi abbiamo noleggiato una macchina che abbiamo sempre parcheggiato comodamente vicino al condominio e in pochi minuti era possibile raggiungere il centro di Cagliari e la spiaggia del Poetto. L'host si è dimostrato fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile e soprattutto sempre pronto a rispondere in modo tempestivo per qualsiasi esigenza. Se dovessimo tornare a Cagliari torneremmo sicuramente qui, lo consigliamo vivamente!

Mancanza di mensole all’interno della doccia

Quartier pas très joli mais pratique car près du centre historique et commerces dans la rue. Restaurant très agréable pas loin. La chambre très propre et immeuble facile à trouver. Sylvio le propriétaire facile à contacter et réactif à nos besoins. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Isolation de la chambre laisse à désirer mais ça va quand même…

Posizione, pulizia, arredamento

Per nulla insonorizzata, si sente tutto dalle stanze adiacenti. Mini frigo piuttosto rumoroso e bidet assente

This is the second time we stayed and we were not disappointed. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and we really liked the location, close to a few bars where we had breakfast every morning and a supermarket ( MD).

There was a kettle with 2 mugs and tea but not coffee and not spoons. I am sure we'll stay here again in the future, maybe it would be nice to have some instant coffee as well.

Colori e pulizia C e anche un ascensore e un balconcino

Appena esci dall ascensore sei al buio, ma con la pila del tel arrivi alla porta, unico neo per me che ero carica di cose ma tutto il resto era abbastanza buono

I’m not really sure if the air conditioner had been serviced and the filters cleaned. The outdoor unit was really dirty, and the AC was giving off a strange smell when I used it.
