Free parking available close by but difficult to find a parking space after 5pm. Within walking distance from centre. Bus stops close by.

The room was well advertised. It was exactamente like described and the communication with the owner was very good. It was algo clean.

It's an old house, so you hear everybody passivo by to the other rooms. Plus the housekeeping starts playing music at 8am. The worst part is the location as it is situated on a very sketchy neighbourhood that I did not feel safe arriving at night. Plus the front door did not close.

Very good location, awesome room. Location with restaurants and pizzerias near by. Also close to public transportation. Good bed and fridge. Good balcony too. Free parking just in the front of the building.

I guess they should change towels after a couple of days without charging for it. I think it makes sense for a longer stay. Maybe once in 4 or 5 days would be enough. Also the shower drain was clogged.

Very modern and clean room, very kind and helpful owner! I should say, that this is the very sustainable accommodation: you never forget to leave lights and air conditioning in the room turned on, because each time, when you leave the room you need to switch off the electricity with a key, which is non-separate from room-keys. Very sustainably!

There is a big problem to find free parking spot - a lot of cars around the building. You should be ready to spend some time to find available space.

Location - perfect! Very close to city centre by car in a few minutes

The mattress was not so comfortable
