Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village

This is an excellent hotel with easy access to the Strip and the Sliverton Casino. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms and the entire facility are immaculate. I highly recommend this hotel.

Son sens du service a immédiatement donné le ton de notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre : confortable, agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Needed a room for the night when our flight was canceled last minute. Although we arrived several hours before check in, we were upgraded to a suite due to having to sit for 2 hours waiting on a room. Very pleased with the manager, the room and hotel. Will definitely consider staying here again if we ever return to Vegas.

We had a very late check-in and sent a message to say we would be in after midnight. We got an answer back confirming. Everything was excellent and we really appreciated the noon checkout.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

First time to stay in this location but will definitely not be the last. Check in via their app but did visit the reception, Regina and Crystal were amazing, both were multitasking from checking guests in, to placing your food orders and then serving your food to you, with a smile! Wow! When we arrived around 1030pm, me and my husband were tired and hungry but The Placery was open 24hrs, we ordered chicken tenders, chicken wings and to my surprise it was very delicious. The buffet breakfast was very filling and lots of choices for a Hyatt Place. Khaye, the daytime receptionist was also very helpful when I asked for our daily water bottles. Place is a 5 minute walk to the Silverton Casino Lodge where there were amazing restaurants and my goodness the restaurant food servings were huge and the casino had a mermaid encounter!! We had opted for an every other day cleaning service since we do not frequent the room during daytime. Rooms are clean, water pressure is great, a/c can get loud but hey we are used to our white noise when we sleep, so that was not an issue. The strip is a 17 min. drive, not bad at all. It's nice to get away from all that craziness.

Pros: Excellent location: Centrally located with easy access to all major Vegas attractions. If you prefer staying off-strip to avoid resort and parking fees, this is one of the best options with convenient parking. Generally quiet environment: Minimal traffic and aircraft noise from outside. Quality breakfast: Good variety and options. Friendly staff: The front desk agent who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and professional. Attentive housekeeping: Staff maintained rooms well throughout our stay. Cons: Poor interior soundproofing: While external noise is minimal, interior noise is significant. You can clearly hear footsteps in the hallway and from the room above. Disruptive construction noise: A nearby construction site began work between 4-5 AM every day except Sunday. Our room on the second floor (closest to the site) was affected most severely, waking us around 5 AM daily. When we complained to the front desk, we were told no alternative rooms were available and no solution was offered. Las Vegas noise ordinances prohibit construction before 7 AM, but the hotel did not appear to take action or advocate on guests' behalf. Note: The hotel is pet-friendly, which may be a pro or con depending on your preferences. Pet-friendly rooms are primarily on the first and second floors, so avoid these floors if you prefer a pet-free environment.
