A special thank you to Ms. Nadine at the reception for being extremely helpful, kind, and professional. She treated me with special care and made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her warm hospitality and support.

The location was good

We were booked including dinner but they served only designated menu with minimum variety that too not attractive, specially nothing for kids.

The amenities were great and access to the executive lounge was lovely, particularly the food served there. The swimming area was nice too especially for children. Access to city centre mall is useful especially if you have kids. Gate Mall is a nicer mall which is located opposite too.

The property feels outdated and needs modernising. We stayed in the executive rooms and having previously stayed in similar rooms in The Fairmont and Shangri La, the room here felt very outdated. The lifts similarly were always packed and was very difficult to access at times. It would have been nice to receive more help from the doormen such as finding taxis or with large items, as we were carrying a large pram with us at times. Breakfast was nice but there was a lack of selection.
