I get my room around 4:45 and the pool close at 6 pm . I pay for nothing and other room they give it to me around 6 pm.

The size of the room and cleanness of the hotel.

The loud music from the lounge it’s too loud we can’t sleep with the kids even at very high floor as 30th floor. I don’t recommend it for family.

Our Eid celebration at JW with family is excellent. They upgraded our room in to executive which turns out that our room is in high floor, bigger and spacious and my kids is really happy about it. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is nice and big. I also would like to say thank you to Sir Mark from the reception for being so accommodating and friendly.

I had a comfortable rest thanks to breakfast and the lounge. I went to the beach using Beach Access, but it was so hot that I came out quickly. All the staff were very friendly, and the valet parking service was convenient
