Everyone was very nice and helpful. Caila stood out due to her professional appearance and the superb customer service she delivered. In my profession, traveling with many hotel stays. Its important and welcoming when the front desk is kind and patient as I am a visitor to the area with many questions.

After a shaky check-in by the gentleman working the front desk, the rest of the staff went above and beyond in customer service. Kudos to the ladies up front, the bartender, chef and cleaning staff who made my stay a very good one. Great value indeed!

Rachel Wingfield provided the BEST customer service. She was professional, compassionate and went above and beyond to make my check-in as stressful as possible. I would definitely recommend staying at Double Tree in North Carolina for future visits. Overall ALL the staff were knowledgeable of any questions, request or concerns I had. Rachael Wingfield, I thank you again for all that you did for me.

Poor staff and manners. Got there and the hotel told me my booking cannot be honored. I should go somewhere else because they've accepted bookings for somewhere else.

Great location and comfortable stay!

The location is nice caila and adarian was the nicest and most down to earth people helped me check in.they should be appreciated and given a raise or some type of incentive the rock!the sweetest people ever.

Clean room and friendly staff!

As soon as we walked into hotel, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from Rachel & Caila working at the front desk. They were able to change our reservation of 2 double beds to a beautiful king room with the most gorgeous view. They were both so helpful, warm & friendly. All the other staff we've encountered have been just as friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant & it was delicious. We've had a really enjoyable stay & would definitely come back!! Don’t bother staying here if the main reason is for the shuttle to the airport - booked the night before for a 7am shuttle only to get downstairs at 6:50am, wait 10 minutes to be told the driver is running late and nobody can give me a time frame of 10 minutes or an hour! Had to pay for an uber to come and get me when I could have just stayed closer to the airport and not had a shuttle!!
