"I would still use this hotel knowing what I now know. It did not ruin the whole experience."

Loved the rocking chair, and my cookie ( when I finally got one)

-That I had to ask for my cookie on my second day there. I was told folks usually ask for it. But I never knew it was a thing until another guest mentioned it to me. - I was not told there was no ice on my floor. And the directional plaquereds were giving wrong directions on the floors that did have them. - I might be misinformed on this one but I think there was 1 microwave for the whole building. I wanted to ask concierge but the line was longer than I would have liked and opted to use the one in the lobby.
