Cozy Tailor Made With a Refreshing Terrace

It could be a nice and clean apartment, the main room a little dim for my taste, great location at the beautiful Praca das Flores.

Apparently the sewerage system doesn't work as it should. If someone in the house is using their washing machine the water is rising from the sewer drain at the outdoor terrace. On my last day a half hour rainfall flooded the terrace and the main room with a good inch of water which still hadn't seeped away until the next morning (see enclosed photos). The air dryer device in the main room should have warned me! Thus it seems as if this happens more often. In order to get from the entrance to the bedroom I had to wade back and fro through the water. The owner TMHS LDA was rather uncooperative when it came to negotiating a compensation and it took quite an effort to get something settled. In fact though until this day I haven't received one cent of the agreed amount. By the way: read the small print as there are a number of potential extra fees (e.g. if you should arrive after 8 pm) !

Communications from the owner and the staff we contacted are very good and helpful. The property is located in a very nice residential area with restaurants and bars attracting many local customers. The property is spacious and very clean.

We came to Lisbon in December, so use a heater while using other electrical goods such as shower and electric cook. The electricity was tripped off a few times indicating power overload to the existing power system.

Location was wonderful. So many good restaurants in walking distance and very cool vibe in the park.

It was humid so AC would have made it great

The apartment was comfortable and the location perfect. The square is so nice and lively! But no noise at all in the apartment. The supermarket 1 minute walking. Walking distance to everywhere except Belem of course!

Excellent service from Catarina and Gil - OBRIGADA. We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable home away from home in Lisboa. Such a charming area and everything is just around the corner. We would very much like to return to this beauty in Lisboa.

We were delighted with the facilities. If we should mention anything, we could recommend a little brush up of the terrace.

The apartment is located in a beautiful garden in the heart of the city. It has nice restaurants and a supermarket next door. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The apartment has all necessary facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our second time renting this apartment. It's on the first floor with a large entry way which makes it quite accessible for someone with reduced mobility. It's quiet even though it's in a busy area. The apartment has everything you would need during your stay.

The TV remote doesn't work properly. We paid for extra sheets for the sofa which weren't in the apartment when we arrived and when the sheets were dropped off the man pushed past my father at the entrance and came into the apartment without asking permission. He said he wanted to help put the sheets on the duvet for us but he could have asked first as we didn't need help with that.

The flat is located on a lovely quaint square, in the heart of a bustling area. Once inside, it is very quiet. Miguel opened the door for us and was very welcoming. The communication was very easy to organise check in upfront. Miguel had a lovely bottle of local red wine waiting for us. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water, and the whole place was very clean. A few steps from cafés and the supermarket. Highly recommended!
