Cozy Tailor Made With a Refreshing Terrace

The location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and there was always hot water for the shower. There was also a private outdoor area.

Had trouble using front door key. Also couldn’t put too many appliances on at once as the fuse kept blowing. If you are a light sleeper the cafe/bar next door can be a little noisy.

Noise from restaurant next door, brown water from the hot water heater (waited 2 days for a shower)which got flushed out but stayed light yellow, repairs not addressed, 15 min uphill to nearest subway and too many different lines to the historic areas

Furnishing and decorations could be nicer and cozier. Too impersonal.

I dealt with both Tomas and Miguel. Both were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Miguel met us at the apartment and gave us a run down of everything we needed to know. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and was clean, a good size and had a lovely terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The park outside was the perfect spot to relax in with a great vibe. We also liked the location. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you for having us

We loved everything

The location is top notch and the main reason I booked this accommodation. Everything is right in front of the entrance door or 10-20 minutes walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped and rather large. The terrace was a nice cool spot during hot days. Federico was very responsive, also when a little problem surfaced.

The terrace could need a little TLC to make it the best asset of the apartment. As people mentioned before, the sheets don’t fully cover the mattress and the bathroom is tiny but fully adequate.
