The price was good and it was close to shopping and eating places. The breakfast was sufficient.

The AC unit was very loud. The carpet in room 320 needs to be replaced. There were spots everywhere. It just did not look clean. The abandoned building next to it needs to be torn down and grass needs to be mowed.

I liked how beautiful the sitting area was when you first come in.

Our rooms were very dusty. Like it was never cleaned properly, we were banking on going swimming, but nowhere did it say online that the pool’s would be close. It’s after Memorial Day and it’s still not opening like your policy said. Before check out I talk to a man up front and told him about the problem we had with one of the front desk. We asked for new towels obviously we are paying for treatment and a place to stay, but we didn’t get that hospitality. I told her the rooms were dirty and dust that was never cleaned properly and it wasn’t properly vacuumed. She told me to bring the towels down ourselves and we were not there. I ask if we could get our room cleaned and she caught an attitude in the phone. Was very disrespectful to the point I had to hang up and just send a message asking if they can send someone to our room for cleaning. I will never stay here again. Thanks but no thanks.

The property was nice

Rooms small, no DIRECTV, no bathtub, Microwave was in the lobby

Everything it was exactly what I need it

Pool was a lil dirty. But I know it rained like four days before we went so it wasn’t a huge thing for me

Location was good, rooms clean and comfortable

Breakfast variety could be improved
